I’m Ryan and I have been working with Allstaff for the last 15 years. My job title may have changed over the years but the fundamentals of the job remain the same.
Our job here at Allstaff is to be consistent, professional and pro-active to whatever the client needs. In most companies, they talk about service as an add-on but here at Allstaff, our service is what keeps our clients coming back. Whether that means being on-site, tailored finance and recruitment reporting or a bespoke recruitment process. We ensure we deliver; daily, weekly, year after year.
Currently, my job is Divisional Director, this means I work every day with our clients out on-site. I ensure they have the headcount they need, the recruitment plan in place for the coming months and that our candidates have everything in place to allow them to work safely.
Outside the office, I enjoy travelling around Scotland taking my boys back and forth from their football and if I get time to myself I like a box set!
